Booking guidelines/information
Reservation: Bookings can only be made in writing. Bookings confirmed by the site management are binding for both parties and are valid for the booked period. We reserve the right to change assigned pitch numbers and to reject bookings without giving reasons. Requests for specific pitches will always be taken into account where possible.
Cancellation, motorhome/caravan/tent pitch: Cancellations are free of charge up to 25 days before arrival. Cancellations must be made in writing. If the booking is cancelled within 25 days before the start of the trip or if the stay is terminated early or not started at all, 60% of the total price of the booked stay will be charged, regardless of whether the pitch is rented out immediately. 14 days before the start of the trip, 100% of the total price will be charged, regardless of whether the pitch is rented out immediately. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation, holiday home, holiday apartment: Can be cancelled free of charge up to 40 days before arrival. Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel within 40 days of the start of your trip or if you cancel early or do not show up, you will be charged 50% of the total price of your booked stay. If you cancel 25 days before the start of your trip, you will be charged 100%, regardless of whether the pitch is rented immediately. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival, the pitch is available from 2 p.m. We ask that you arrive by 7 p.m. at the latest. If this is not possible, please inform us immediately. We can also rent the pitch without notification of a late arrival. The pitch must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Booking: The rules for published pitches and the general conditions are part of the booking conditions and are accepted without restriction.
Other: Young people under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter without being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, even with written permission from the parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse entry or to ban people from the campsite without giving reasons. Booking conditions for holiday apartments / caravans / chalets
Reception opening hours: Monday - Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.
Check-out: until 11:00 a.m., after which a new daily fee will be charged.
Night rest: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Pool rules: Swimming at your own risk; Children up to 12 years old may only swim accompanied by an adult; The pool is intended for camping guests, a maximum of 20 people in the pool at the same time; All children with diapers wear a swim diaper; For everyone's enjoyment, please keep yourself clean 😊.
Common garbage: combustible waste, food, glass and deposits
Other: The hosts and the campsite staff are not liable for damage or loss of property. Anyone who damages buildings, material or the property of other campers or violates these rules can be held responsible for the damage and expelled from the site.

Dogs must be kept on a leash. Failure to comply or excessive noise may result in the guest being expelled from the campsite without compensation. Dogs are not allowed in the pool area, playground, toilets, showers and guest kitchen. Dog excrement is emptied into special containers by the grey water.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the site. There is a designated area for smoking.
The parents are responsible for supervision and for their children. No liability is accepted for accidents of any kind. This applies in particular to the playground, pool area and the entire campsite.
